Good morning. Today I’m going to show you our new palletizing system, the PalletizHD+.
The hardware included with this system consists of:
- A Doosan collaborative robot
- End-of-arm tooling that we design and manufacture
- A very robust welded steel frame
- Area safety scanners surrounding the system
- A conveyor integrated with the cell
Our latest palletizer is powered by PalletizOS, which runs on the interface you see here.
To take a closer look at the software, we’re going to go over to our Experience Center.
Within our software, we can very quickly generate new recipes. For our customers, we program everything that’s in scope when you place the order for our product. Then we provide you with the software so you can make changes later and avoid unnecessary service calls.
We’re happy to come out and provide training or on‑site support if you’d like, but you’ll see that the interface is quite easy to use, and many customers feel comfortable making these kinds of changes themselves.
I’m going to go ahead and stop the robot here, and then we’ll walk through creating a new recipe.
We’ll go into the Recipes tab and select Create Recipe.
From there, we will:
- Enter our case dimensions
- Enter the weight
- Identify where the label is on the case – for example, indicating that there’s a corner label on this side
- Use our AI tool, which will generate a preview of what that stack will look like in the most optimal format
Once we have the AI-generated preview, we apply that layout.
The last step is to interlock the layers to ensure we have a very stable pallet.
After that, we click Complete, select that recipe, and then we’re ready to run it.
