Robotics Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of robotic automation and manufacturing projects. This role serves as the central coordinator between engineering, operations, vendors, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate combines deep familiarity with industrial automation systems with proven project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle for robotic automation deployments — from requirements gathering and scoping through commissioning, validation, and handoff to operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets; proactively identify and mitigate schedule and cost risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineers, as well as procurement and quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors during project execution, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
- Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities, ensuring systems meet functional and safety specifications.
- Track KPIs and project milestones; provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage change orders, scope changes, and contract obligations in collaboration with sales and legal.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and feeding them into process and methodology improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ANSI/RIA R15.06) and quality standards throughout project execution.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in industrial automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects from concept through commissioning.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Celoxis or equivalent.
- General understanding of robotic systems, PLCs, and system integration concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences.

R&D Electrical and Controls Engineer
The Opportunity
The Electrical & Controls Engineer owns electrical architecture, circuit design, safety hardware, and wiring harness design for our products. This role develops standardized, production-ready electrical systems that are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and easy to assemble, test, and service. The Electrical & Controls Engineer also sources and tests integration components, programs sub-components such as PLCs and scanners, and troubleshoots in-development products.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Own product electrical architecture, circuit design, PCB design, wiring harnesses, and component selection.
- Define reusable electrical standards and hardware platforms across the end-of-line product family.
- Ensure designs are explicit, documented, and ready for production without ambiguity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UL, CE, CSA, machinery safety, and functional safety requirements.
- Perform electrical safety analysis, risk assessment, and support certification or compliance testing.
- Design circuits, harnesses, and assemblies to reduce wiring effort, assembly time, errors, cost, and service complexity.
- Source, wire, and test components such as sensors and cameras for integration with existing products.
- Program sub-components, including PLCs and scanners, to support product and equipment functionality.
- Test wiring and troubleshoot electrical issues in systems under development.
- Partner with Software, Mechanical, Prototype, Industrialization, and Manufacturing resources during integration and release.

Manufacturing Engineer
The Opportunity
The Product & Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for building and scaling along the full lifecycle of standard robotic automation solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in improving productivity and quality at our facility, while also shaping the manufacturing strategy for next-generation robotics products. From production and manufacturing planning to process design and automation, you will work with cross-functional teams to create a more efficient, scalable, and high-quality production environment. Working at the intersection of mechanical, electrical and software systems, you will also collaborate to deliver high-performance robotics solutions that meet customer requirements, safety standards and manufacturability targets.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Drive manufacturing equipment and process improvements to enhance productivity and quality across expanding production operations.
- Iterate on robotics components and assemblies. Proctor design reviews to ensure reliability and performance.
- Lead prototype builds and define test plans to validate mechanical, electrical, and software integration. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for failures identified during testing.
- Lead new factory planning and process design for new product launches, including layout review and production workflow optimization.
- Ensure designs are optimized for production. Define BOMs, work instructions, and inspection criteria for new product introduction.
- Work with multi-disciplinary software, controls, and supply chain teams to translate customer and market requirements into engineering specifications and actionable design goals.
- Support stable production through standardized processes, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and execute on opportunities to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase reliability across existing and new product lines through design and process changes.

Director of Demand Generation
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to build and scale the marketing engine that turns priority industrial automation segments into qualified pipeline for Doosan Robotics Americas.
This role is not a brand, communications, or content-only role. It is a commercial marketing role responsible for campaign strategy, conversion paths, lead quality, nurture, sales alignment, and measurable pipeline contribution.
This role is all about strengthening our integrated demand generation capabilities—connecting our technology with the right customers in the most impactful way. From developing marketing strategies that clearly highlight the unique strengths of our robots, you’ll play a key role in promoting our solutions not only across the U.S., but to a global audience.
This role will require working closely with Doosan Robotics’ Global Marketing Team in Korea, leveraging global campaign resources, brand assets, product messaging, and regional collaboration to adapt and execute demand generation programs for the Americas market.

- Your experience is primarily brand, PR, communications, or social media without pipeline ownership.

- You are not comfortable working in a technical industrial B2B environment with long sales cycles and complex buyer education.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy & Pipeline Ownership
- Build the demand generation engine for priority industries, applications, and customer segments, with clear goals for MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and conversion quality.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Own integrated campaigns across digital, email, events, webinars, partner/channel marketing, paid tests, and sales-assisted outbound.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Improve landing pages, CTAs, lead capture, nurture flows, campaign follow-up, and MQL-to-SQL conversion in partnership with Sales.
Sales & Channel Enablement for Demand Conversion
- Translate campaigns into practical sales tools, follow-up sequences, dealer kits, and messaging that help Sales and partners convert interest into opportunities.
Product / Application Messaging
- Work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and HQ to turn technical cobot and automation capabilities into clear buyer-facing value propositions by application and industry.
Marketing Operations & Performance Reporting
- Own campaign tracking, CRM/marketing automation hygiene, source attribution, funnel reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
Team / Agency / Cross-Functional Leadership
- Manage internal resources, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to increase campaign quality, speed, and accountability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of collaborative robots or industrial automation, with experience in technical or product marketing
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in robotics (cobots), industrial robotics, or automation industries
- Proven track record of building and managing B2B marketing pipelines and driving lead-to-revenue conversion

Director of Engineering
The Opportunity
Doosan Robotics Americas (DRA) designs and manufactures custom machines and standard end-of-line automation equipment. This includes palletizers, case erectors, case packers, and full end-of-line systems. DRA also distributes and repairs Doosan cobot arms. The Director of Engineering leads the Engineering organization responsible for the design and delivery of the custom machines DRA produces.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines hands-on technical judgment with disciplined operational leadership. The Director of Engineering must be able to personally evaluate a design and identify what will not work, lead concepting with staff engineers when a customer brings a new automation challenge, and at the same time build schedule discipline, collaboration, and shared best practices within the engineering organization. The ideal candidate leads the team in proactive, strategic execution, ensuring every engineer knows what they are working on, how long they have, and where to get support, while developing the people and practices needed to scale the organization responsibly.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
1. Strategic Planning & Platform Direction
- Set and drive a forward-looking strategic direction for the Engineering organization, identifying weakness in best practices, setting standards for project execution, and developing the tools for proactive, goal-oriented team.
- Champion design standardization and repeatable engineering patterns across product lines to reduce rework and improve delivery speed.
- Partner with the Managing Director and R&D leadership to align Engineering’s efforts with DRA’s broader platform strategy so the custom engineering both supports and benefits from product development.
2. Team Scheduling & Resource Management
- Establish and maintain a clear system so every engineer knows what they are working on, how much time they have, and where to escalate when work is at risk.
- Own resource allocation across the mechanical and controls disciplines, balancing active projects against team capacity.
- Identify schedule risk early and build a support structure so problems are caught and resolved before they threaten delivery commitments.
3. Technical Leadership, Design Review & Best Practices
- Remain personally technically engaged: review engineering designs and identify issues before they become costly problems.
- Lead concepting sessions with staff engineers in response to customer automation challenges, developing robotics and automation solutions that solves customer’s problems.
- Drive continuous improvement in technical proficiency and design efficiency by building processes for the team to share lessons learned, rather than repeatedly re-solving the same problems in isolation.
4. Coaching & Escalation Support
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) and staff engineers as they own day-to-day customer and project relationships, coaching engineers to take direct ownership of technical outcomes.
- Monitor active projects to ensure they stay on track, and personally step in on escalations. Solve complex technical issues, at-risk schedules, or customer concerns.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point supporting the ownership PMO and staff engineers hold over their projects.
5. Team Development
- Build the mentorship, communication, and knowledge-sharing practices so lessons learned on one project improve every project after it.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the team.
- Participate in interviews for engineering hires to evaluate technical fit, in partnership with Human Resources and senior management, who own the recruiting process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Controls/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of engineering experience in industrial automation, robotics, or custom capital equipment. Significant experience in end-of-line packaging automation (palletizing, case erecting, case packing) a plus.
- 5+ years leading and developing engineering teams spanning both mechanical and controls disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to critically review engineering designs and identify technical risk before it becomes a costly rework or field issue.
- Experience leading conceptual solution design for custom automation in direct response to customer requirements.
- Track record of building scheduling, resource management, or project-tracking discipline within an engineering organization.
- Experience scaling and developing an engineering team, including mentoring future engineering managers.

The Opportunity
The R&D Engineering Technician provides hands-on support for software development, prototype build-out, testing, validation, and documentation under the direction of the R&D engineering team. What Your Days Will Look Like
- Build, modify, and wire prototypes; perform mechanical assembly and component installation.
- Execute test plans, validation activities, regression tests, and structured data collection.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and integration issues during development.
- Support prototype and early-release deployments in the lab or field as assigned.
- Document what was built, changed, tested, and observed, including photos, measurements, results, and open issues.
