Electrical Technician
The Opportunity
Work on high-tech machines that utilize the latest in robots, sensors, vision systems, motor and pneumatic driven actuation, and control technology. Our multi-disciplinary team of technicians and engineers work closely together to solve problems and provide solutions. You can be part of an organization where your voice is heard, and your hard work really matters.
A position is available for an experienced, detail oriented, self-motivated electrical technician to work in our clean, climate controlled custom production shop. Responsibilities include assembly of industrial machines and components, fabrication of extruded aluminum frames, and assistance with machine alignment, startup, troubleshooting, and modification.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Electrical Trade school or equivalent applicable experience
- Experience with electrical and automation controls assembly, industrial machine support, or machine troubleshooting and maintenance. Pneumatic experience is a plus.
- Ability to identify, assemble, mount, wire-up all manner of control devices such as Power supplies, breakers, relays, switches, drives, PLCs, etc.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, navigate 3D and 2D CAD assembly models, and interface with common software suites such as MS office, etc.
- Ability to perform general assembly tasks such as cutting, fastening, tapping, drilling, punching using small hand and power tools.
- Ability to safely lift 50lbs or more, work on ladders or on the floor as required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality is a must

Sales Support Specialist
The Opportunity
This inside Sales role supports a robotics-focused team, requiring a willingness to learn the collaborative robot product line. This role is ideal for someone early in their Sales career who is eager to learn, build sales skills, and support customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting support through lead qualification
- Assisting customer and partners sales calls
- Providing event and tradeshow support
- Managing CRM activities such as lead assignments, data entry, customer portal assistance, and general system upkeep.
- Organizing and scheduling robot training
- Supporting order tracking and post-sale activities
- Coordinating loaner robot and bailment equipment
- Organizing sales collateral
- Tracking customer and partner data
- Gathering application photos, videos and questionnaires.
Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- CRM (Salesforce) experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality is a must
