Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of robotic automation and manufacturing projects. This role serves as the central coordinator between engineering, operations, vendors, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate combines deep familiarity with industrial automation systems with proven project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle for robotic automation deployments — from requirements gathering and scoping through commissioning, validation, and handoff to operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets; proactively identify and mitigate schedule and cost risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineers, as well as procurement and quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors during project execution, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
- Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities, ensuring systems meet functional and safety specifications.
- Track KPIs and project milestones; provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage change orders, scope changes, and contract obligations in collaboration with sales and legal.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and feeding them into process and methodology improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ANSI/RIA R15.06) and quality standards throughout project execution.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in industrial automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects from concept through commissioning.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Celoxis or equivalent.
- General understanding of robotic systems, PLCs, and system integration concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences.
- PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).

Development Engineer
The Opportunity
The Development Engineer leads new robotic products from customer and market need through a working, field-ready prototype. This role combines product ownership, mechanical invention, system architecture, and cross-functional leadership for two to three products within the end-of-line roadmap.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Applications, customers, and R&D leadership to define product requirements, target applications, and commercial priorities.
- Take concepts through mechanism invention, gripper design, motion planning, base and frame design, pneumatics, analysis, and prototype validation.
- Serve as the initial product owner for assigned products, maintaining requirements, coordinating disciplines, tracking roadmap items, and leading design reviews.
- Make system-level design decisions that balance customer appeal, performance, cost, manufacturability, serviceability, and long-term reliability.
- Coordinate with Electrical and Software Engineering to ensure the design includes all required controls, safety, sensing, and user-interface capabilities.
- Review prior custom projects and field lessons to create improved standardized designs, consulting original designers as needed.
- Design with manufacturability in mind while targeting factory-grade uptime and years of service.
- Build, test, troubleshoot, and support prototype or early field deployments, then hand validated designs to Product Industrialization.

Product Engineer
The Opportunity
The Product Engineer takes validated prototypes and converts them into cost-effective, rugged, attractive, and production-ready products. This role owns design-for-manufacturing, design-for-assembly, product documentation, and the technical handoff from R&D to Manufacturing Engineering.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Refine validated prototypes for manufacturing cost, assembly efficiency, reliability, serviceability, ruggedness, and finished appearance.
- Perform DFM, DFA, tolerance, and value-engineering reviews while preserving required product performance.
- Drive component, material, fastener, fabrication, and design standardization across products.
- Coordinate with industrial designers to incorporate a consistent, customer-appropriate product appearance.
- Produce and release BOMs, drawings, assembly instructions, specifications, and production documentation.
- Support pilot builds, resolve production-readiness issues, and complete the handoff to Manufacturing Engineering.
- Work with Technical Writers and production team on SOPs, maintenance manuals, and service documentation.
- Track cost, assembly time, quality, and manufacturability improvements through product release.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or relevant work experience
- Strong DFM/DFA background with experience taking prototype-stage hardware to production.

Director of Demand Generation
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to build and scale the marketing engine that turns priority industrial automation segments into qualified pipeline for Doosan Robotics Americas.
This role is not a brand, communications, or content-only role. It is a commercial marketing role responsible for campaign strategy, conversion paths, lead quality, nurture, sales alignment, and measurable pipeline contribution.
This role is all about strengthening our integrated demand generation capabilities—connecting our technology with the right customers in the most impactful way. From developing marketing strategies that clearly highlight the unique strengths of our robots, you’ll play a key role in promoting our solutions not only across the U.S., but to a global audience.
This role will require working closely with Doosan Robotics’ Global Marketing Team in Korea, leveraging global campaign resources, brand assets, product messaging, and regional collaboration to adapt and execute demand generation programs for the Americas market.

- Your experience is primarily brand, PR, communications, or social media without pipeline ownership.

Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy & Pipeline Ownership
- Build the demand generation engine for priority industries, applications, and customer segments, with clear goals for MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and conversion quality.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Own integrated campaigns across digital, email, events, webinars, partner/channel marketing, paid tests, and sales-assisted outbound.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Improve landing pages, CTAs, lead capture, nurture flows, campaign follow-up, and MQL-to-SQL conversion in partnership with Sales.
Sales & Channel Enablement for Demand Conversion

- 3D Simulation Support – Utilize advanced simulation tools (e.g., RoboDK or equivalent) to design and validate automation solutions.
- Application Review & Recommendations – Assess existing robot applications and provide expert suggestions for improvement or proper implementation.
- Technical support for Dealers & Customers – Assist in developing innovative cobot solutions and support automation projects with system integrators.
