Robot Programming Engineer

The Opportunity

As our Controls Engineer, you’ll be the technical architect behind intelligent automation systems. You’ll take customer concepts and transform them into sophisticated, programmable machines that solve complex industrial challenges. This role combines programming expertise with creative problem-solving, offering the perfect opportunity for engineers who love bringing automated systems to life through code and design.

What Your Days Will Look Like:

  • 8am to 5pm, 50% Hands on Work, 30% Off-line Programming, 10% Project Management, 10% Meetings

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in machine design and/or programming
  • 1+ year experience with Microsoft .NET programming languages
  • Strong Programming background
  • Experience programming PLCs, Motion Controllers, and Robots
  • Familiarity with Electrical Schematics
  • AutoCAD experience a plus
  • Experience with FANUC, UR, or Doosan robots a plus
  • Experience with electrical troubleshooting and AutoCAD drafting
  • Hands-on experience designing and documenting industrial control panels to UL508A standards
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills to present designs to customers and co-workers

Additional Details:

  • Location: On site, Exton PA
  • Travel: Some travel required (10-15%)
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Mechanical Engineer

The Opportunity

As one of our Mechanical Engineers, you’ll be the creative force behind breakthrough automation solutions. You’ll take customer concepts and transform them into sophisticated automated machines that solve real-world industrial challenges. This role combines engineering expertise with inventive problem-solving, offering the perfect opportunity for engineers who love bringing innovative ideas to life.

What Your Days Will Look Like:

  • Design Work: Spend most of your time doing what you love—creating innovative machine designs using SolidWorks
  • Hands-On Work: Get your hands dirty building prototypes, testing concepts, and working directly with the machines you design
  • Project Management: Guide projects from concept through completion, ensuring your designs meet customer goals and timelines
  • Collaboration: Present your designs to customers and teammates, sharing ideas and refining solutions together

Job Requirements

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on machine design experience
  • Understanding of industrial components inside and out—bearings, motors, sensors, gearboxes, and how they work together
  • Knowledge of materials, coatings, and machining processes for fabricated parts
  • Ability to develop comprehensive machine layouts and specify the right components for each application
  • Strong capability to create fabrication and assembly drawings.
  • Solidworks experience
  • Experience with robots
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills to present design to customers and co-workers
