Mechanical Engineer

The Opportunity

As one of our Mechanical Engineers, you’ll be the creative force behind breakthrough automation solutions. You’ll take customer concepts and transform them into sophisticated automated machines that solve real-world industrial challenges. This role combines engineering expertise with inventive problem-solving, offering the perfect opportunity for engineers who love bringing innovative ideas to life.

What Your Days Will Look Like:

  • Design Work: Spend most of your time doing what you love—creating innovative machine designs using SolidWorks
  • Hands-On Work: Get your hands dirty building prototypes, testing concepts, and working directly with the machines you design
  • Project Management: Guide projects from concept through completion, ensuring your designs meet customer goals and timelines
  • Collaboration: Present your designs to customers and teammates, sharing ideas and refining solutions together

Job Requirements

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on machine design experience
  • Understanding of industrial components inside and out—bearings, motors, sensors, gearboxes, and how they work together
  • Knowledge of materials, coatings, and machining processes for fabricated parts
  • Ability to develop comprehensive machine layouts and specify the right components for each application
  • Strong capability to create fabrication and assembly drawings.
  • Solidworks experience
  • Experience with robots
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills to present design to customers and co-workers

Electrical Technician

The Opportunity

Work on high-tech machines that utilize the latest in robots, sensors, vision systems, motor and pneumatic driven actuation, and control technology. Our multi-disciplinary team of technicians and engineers work closely together to solve problems and provide solutions. You can be part of an organization where your voice is heard, and your hard work really matters.

A position is available for an experienced, detail oriented, self-motivated electrical technician to work in our clean, climate controlled custom production shop. Responsibilities include assembly of industrial machines and components, fabrication of extruded aluminum frames, and assistance with machine alignment, startup, troubleshooting, and modification.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Electrical Trade school or equivalent applicable experience
  • Experience with electrical and automation controls assembly, industrial machine support, or machine troubleshooting and maintenance. Pneumatic experience is a plus.
  • Ability to identify, assemble, mount, wire-up all manner of control devices such as Power supplies, breakers, relays, switches, drives, PLCs, etc.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, navigate 3D and 2D CAD assembly models, and interface with common software suites such as MS office, etc.
  • Ability to perform general assembly tasks such as cutting, fastening, tapping, drilling, punching using small hand and power tools.
  • Ability to safely lift 50lbs or more, work on ladders or on the floor as required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality is a must

  • Solid mechanical background using a variety of hand and power tools to perform job duties, including hand and press drills, taps, wrenches, punches, saws, etc.
  • Ability to perform assembly tasks such as cutting, fastening, tapping, drilling, transferring, shimming, tensioning, and torquing.
  • Ability to accurately perform precise part and location measurements using tapes, scales, calipers, micrometers, etc.
  • Ability to safely lift 50lbs or more, work on ladders or on the floor as required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality is a must

Fabrication Material Handler

The Opportunity

The  Fabrication Material Handler supports daily operations within the shop by assisting with frame cutting, fabricated part inspection, secondary processing, material handling, local delivery and pick-up, pallet building, machine crating, general maintenance, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role is hands-on and critical to keeping shop activities running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Shop Operations
    • Cutting and kitting alum extrusion frame members using a cold saw w/ DRO.
    • Accurately identify and inspect prep parts for external finishing.
    • Secondary processing such as deburring, sanding, and powder coating.
    • Pallet and crate building and load up planning.
    • Preparing automation equipment for shipment.
  • Safety & Compliance
    • Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and shop procedures.
    • Clean driving record.
    • Assist with identifying potential hazards and contributing to a safe working environment.
  •  General Support
    • Run errands such as picking up parts or delivering items when needed in company van or box truck.
    • Help receive shipments and verify incoming materials.
    • Pallet disposal, warehouse maintenance, scrap metal collection and trash removal.
    • Assist team members with various manual labor tasks.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience working in a shop, warehouse, or industrial environment is a plus
  • Ability to use (or learn to use) a powered fork truck or pallet lift
  • Ability to perform general assembly tasks such as cutting, fastening, tapping, drilling, punching using small hand and power tools, and shop equipment
  • Ability to safely lift 50lbs or more, work on ladders or on the floor as required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality is a must
